Kayak on Kentucky Lake with a group just for the fun of it. Inexperienced paddlers welcome! This is a recreational paddle for experienced or inexperienced paddlers. The kayak adventure will launch from Kentucky Lake Glamping, 45 Riverside Road, New Concord. Pre-Registration is required and closes on August 20th. Participants can register for a single or tandem kayak. There is a limited supply of kayaks and spots will fill up fast. Also, those with their own kayaks are invited to participate, but pre-registration is required. All participants must be able to swim. PFDs must be worn at all times while on the water. PFDs will be provided for those utilizing one of our kayaks. If you bring your own kayak, you must bring your own PFD. On-site check-in will be from 8:30 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. on August 22nd; look for the check-in table in the parking area. At 9:00 a.m. there will be a welcome and safety briefing followed by our launch. The entire event will end no later than noon.
