When does the paddle start and end?

The paddle will start at 9AM. Check-in will begin at 8AM. The nine mile route will take approximately 3 hours to complete.

Where do I park?

Paddlers can park at the Tellico Dam boat launch off Highway 444. The paddle will end at the Ferry St. boat ramp in Loudon. A complimentary shuttle will take passengers back to the boat launch below Tellico Dam.

Registration & Equipment

This is a bring-your-own-equipment event. Participants must provide their own kayak, paddle, and properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket.

This is a free event but advanced registration is required.

Where can I view the paddle route?

The paddle will begin near marker 601 just below Tellico Dam and will end near marker 592 at the Ferry St. Boat ramp in Loudon. You can view the river route via the Tennessee River Line map.
