Applications are now open for the 2024 Tennessee RiverTowns Program year!
Tennessee River communities are the beating heart of the Tennessee RiverLine. All Tennessee River communities – counties, cities, towns, and consortium thereof – are invited to become a part of North America’s next great regional trail system through the Tennessee RiverTowns Program. To become a Tennessee RiverTown, communities must apply, enroll, satisfy benchmarks, and make a contribution to the Tennessee RiverLine Development Fund. The 2024 cohort communities will join the 20 Tennessee River communities that have already enrolled in this voluntary, multi-stage program that cultivates collaboration between Tennessee River communities, the Tennessee RiverLine team, and our Partnership. The 2024 cohort of Tennessee RiverTowns will be announced this fall.

Application Materials are due by 5:00PM EST September 9th, 2023. Please submit applications through one of the following methods:
